Commitment Fee
A non refundable 40% Commitment Fee is required when booking your appointment. This secures your appointment and is redeemed off the cost of your treatment on the day.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
I require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. The Commitment Fee will be kept on file and transferred to another appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with under 72 hours notice, the Commitment Fee will forfeited.
Appointment Confirmations
A confirmation text will be sent via my booking system one week before your appointment. If the text is unanswered I will message you 72 hours before your appointment. If that message is also unanswered your appointment will be cancelled and your Commitment Fee forfeited,
Running Late
If you anticipate running late, please inform me as soon as you can. I will do my best to see you but unfortunately if you are over 10 mins late, I will have to cancel your appointment and your Commitment Fee will be forfeited. Cosmetic tattooing, body sculpting and brow styling is not something that can be rushed to achieve the best results safely, I recommend giving yourself ample time for parking and traffic when coming to your appointment.
On The Day
If on the day of the appointment can not go ahead because of anything stated in the Important Information e.g. previous cosmetic tattoos, under 18, medical history etc. The treatment will not go ahead and your Commitment Fee will be forfeited.
Visitors & Children
No visitors or children can accompany you to your appointment. This is due to limited space, health and safety, insurance and building policy. If you turn up to your appointment with a visitor or child, if it is an adult they can sit at reception and wait for you or go away and come back. Children 18 years and younger can not be left unattended at reception and so your appointment would have to be cancelled and your Commitment Fee forfeited,
